What shipping carriers do you use?

Orders are shipped through Printful using major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The carrier depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment. After fulfillment, estimated delivery times vary by destination: • United States: 3–4 business days • Canada: 3–5 business days (up to 12 business days for the Atlantic region) • Mexico: 5–20 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier, location, and season. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

What should I do if my package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?

Please check your tracking link first, then contact us if your package appears delayed or lost. For domestic US orders, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date; for Canada, Mexico, and U.S. Outlying Islands orders, contact us within 45 days. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email memydogandjesus@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo so we can arrange a free reprint or refund.

Because all products are custom-made to order through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or change-of-mind purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. What if my item is lost in transit?

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us. For domestic US orders, reach out within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. For international orders (Canada, Mexico, U.S. Outlying Islands), contact us within 45 days.
